01 // Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steltra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Steltra.

02 // Description of Service

Steltra is an interpretive modeling service that generates resonance-based profiles, indexes, and related outputs using user-provided information and internal computational models. The service is intended for informational and self-reflective purposes only.

Steltra does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the service should be treated as a professional diagnosis, recommendation, or guarantee of any outcome.

03 // No Reliance

You agree that any output generated by Steltra is interpretive and may not be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.

You must not rely on Steltra as the sole basis for important decisions relating to health, relationships, finances, employment, legal matters, or any other material life choice. You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make based on the service.

04 // User Data and Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide, including birth date, birth time, and location data.

If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, the resulting outputs may be distorted or unreliable. Steltra is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from user-provided data.

05 // Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Steltra:

• For any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• To interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service.
• To attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service, accounts, or systems.
• To reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service except where permitted by law.
• To upload malicious code, automated abuse scripts, or other harmful content.
• To misrepresent the service as providing medical, legal, financial, or diagnostic certainty.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

06 // Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may require verification before we make account changes or restore access.

07 // Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed at the point of purchase or in the relevant product interface.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems; those details are handled by the payment provider’s infrastructure.

08 // Intellectual Property

Steltra, including its software, branding, text, design, logic, and underlying systems, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted.

09 // Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers, including geocoding, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services, and their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.

10 // Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, business, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every user expectation. Service performance may vary based on network conditions, system load, or other factors beyond our control.

11 // Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

12 // Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steltra and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on service outputs, data inaccuracies, interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party service failures. If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

13 // Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14 // Privacy Policy

Your use of Steltra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy controls.

15 // Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Steltra will be subject to the competent courts of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16 // Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on the service and revise the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Steltra after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
